System Administrator (Managed Service Provider)
Base pay range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year
We are a cyber security focused Managed Service Provider with a long history of supporting SMB clients through secure, reliable IT solutions. We are hiring a System Administrator with MSP experience to support and maintain client environments across servers, Microsoft 365, networking, and security tools. This role is ideal for a solid Level 2 technician who enjoys owning issues, improving systems, and working closely with both clients and teammates.
What You Will Do- Support and administer client environments across Windows Server, workstations, and core infrastructure
- Resolve Tier 2 support issues involving servers, Microsoft 365, backups, and connectivity
- Administer Active Directory including users, groups, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP
- Support Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and security settings
- Troubleshoot networking issues involving VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and switching fundamentals
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts, performing proactive maintenance and remediation
- Document work clearly and provide consistent client‑ready communication
- Collaborate with teammates and assist with escalations when needed
- Strong Tier 2 troubleshooting skills with ownership and follow‑through
- Windows Server and Active Directory experience
- Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience
- Networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs
- Strong documentation and communication skills
