We are seeking a highly motivated, high performing, and experienced Home Health Marketer to join our fast‑growing team. The Home Health Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our home health services to potential clients and referral sources.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home health services.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and referral sources.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high‑quality care is provided to clients.
• Participate in community events and activities to promote home health services.
• Track and report on marketing activities and outcomes.

• Proven experience as a Home Health Marketer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of home health regulations and reimbursement.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
