We seek outstanding individuals to join our nursing team as a-Life Assistant/Caregiver. You will enhance residents’ lives by assisting them with daily living activities.

• Assist with residents’ personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document completed tasks, including daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate confidentially with other staff about urgent needs for the next shift and any concerns to the Health Care Director.

• Perfect attendance bonus – $75 for full‑time (up to $1,950 annually) and $35 for part‑time (up to $910 annually)
• Shift differential – $1+ per hour depending on location and shift assignment
