WhatYou Will Be Doing
- Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen
- Analyze test findings and make recommendations based only on the customer’s hearing loss
- Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions
- Educate patients on how to use and maintain the hearing aid devices, including demonstrations and informational support
- Make follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction with their assistive listening and hearing device
- Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or an Audiologist
- Motivated by helping people hear better
- Ambitious with a sales mindset
- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem‑solving skills, capable of operating autonomously in this role
- Excellent follow‑up skills
