PRN Physical Therapist at Main Street Therapy Partners

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients achieve their goals and a desire to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands‑on therapy to patients
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records
- Current TX state license as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
