• Be a member of the Nutrition Support Team with pharmacists and physicians.
• Provide nutritional screenings and assessments of patients.
• Educate patients on therapeutic diets and provide dietary guidance.
• Inform Aide staff about which patient foods are allowed or disallowed based on prescribed diets.
• Document patient tolerance, appropriateness, and response to nutritional support; make recommendations.

• Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or equivalent
• Licensed Dietitian must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Bachelor's Degree
