Work hours: PRN (As Needed) Variable Shifts

- Other graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology required or Associate's Degree preferred.
- CLIAFE must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency.
- ARRT – CT (without radiology technician experience) required upon hire, or with 1 year of experience required upon hire.
- ARRT – CT (with 1 year radiology technician experience) required 12 months after hire.
- CMRT – Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (by TDH or TMB) required upon hire.
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and required quarterly.
- 1 year radiologic technician experience without ARRT-CT required, or no experience required with ARRT-CT.
- Imaging Procedures, Quality and Processing
- Explain procedures to patient or guardian/family member prior to exam.
- Position patient to correct anatomical area of interest.
- Patient Care
- Use multidisciplinary, team‑oriented actions.
- Assess and recognize the patient's emotional, physical, developmental, cognitive and psychosocial conditions.
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance
- Adjust technical factors.
- Operate, care for and maintain equipment.
- Professional Accountability and Partnership
- Maintain and enhance technical skills and technology advancement.
- Perform any assignment deemed necessary by supervisor.
