Job Description

You will be the RF Engineering Associate Manager - F16 Radar for the IFG F-16 Radar team which is responsible for advancing radar capabilities on the F‑16 platform.

What You Will Be Doing

As the RF Engineering Associate Manager - F16 Radar you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing engineering team to deliver cutting‑edge radar subsystems that enable superior mission outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the research, design, development, integration, testing, production, and sustainment of Radar subsystems for F‑16 aircraft.
  • Drive effective project, problem‑resolution, and risk‑management practices.
  • Translate customer needs into system and subsystem requirements and develop statements of work.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, internal groups, and customers to create compelling proposals.
  • Mentor and develop engineers, set clear performance expectations, and support career growth.
