Early Childhood Educator - Infant Teacher

• Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for infants to explore and learn
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
• Monitor and document each infant’s growth, milestones, and individual needs
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child s progress and daily experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute educational programs and activities
• Support infants with their daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap times

• Prior experience working with infants in an educational or caregiving setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, compassion, and a nurturing attitude
• Ability to observe and respond to individual needs of infants
• Certification in infant and child CPR and first aid (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional early childhood education credentials preferred
