Position: Carpenters - Form Builders Structures (North Dallas, TX) - Austin Bridge & Road
Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking Carpenters - Form Builders Structures (North Dallas, TX) We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals that want to excel with us.

The form setter / builder is responsible for building and setting forms.

Responsibilities

* Build forms and plan specifications

* Set forms on line and grade

* Understand proper safe use of power tools

* Know and understand finishing tools such as bull float (mop), straight edge, screed, and hand floats

* Concrete placement and able to finish within the plan specifications

* Able to follow instructions

* Assist with concrete placement

* Assist with concrete finishing

* Traffic control

* Install erosion control devices

* General site clean up

* Follow safety policies and procedures

* Work hours adjusted to meet the project's needs; days, nights and weekends

* Able to work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold temperatures

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in construction

* Must have a strong commitment to jobsite safety

* Diligent in demonstrating safe work practices.
