Job Overview

Legend Senior Living is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and self‑motivated individual to join the team as a Customer Service & Business Office Associate. This role provides a wide variety of administrative support to residents and associates.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting/assisting visitors at the front desk and routing incoming phone calls
  • Recruiting responsibilities such as scheduling interviews, running background checks, and onboarding associates
  • Managing the payroll system: entering new associates, correcting punches, and documenting absences
  • Accounting tasks: entering transactions into an expense tracking report, submitting invoices/checks, and collecting/depositing rent payments
  • Training support: printing training forms, submitting and documenting completed trainings, and running reports of overdue trainings
  • Submitting various forms such as associate changes, meeting minutes, injuries, garnishments, and employment verifications
Requirements
  • Experience in office‑related administrative tasks
  • Ability to multi‑task while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
