Executive Assistant - Manufacturing | $25+/hr | Mon–Fri | Denton, TX

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at their facility in Denton, TX. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers steady weekday hours and a professional office environment within a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing operation.

Pay: $25.00/hour or more depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Denton, TX
Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas
  • Draft internal and external correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
  • Organize travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information
  • Support project coordination and office workflow improvements
  • Act as a liaison between departments and external partners as needed
