We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support daily financial operations.

This role focuses on invoice processing, vendor payments, procurement card reconciliation, and accounts payable data entry.

The ideal candidate has experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting support and is comfortable working with financial systems and Excel in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Enter and code accounts payable invoices accurately, including direct entry and Excel imports.
• Process invoice payments and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Record and reconcile procurement card (P-card) receipts and statements.
• Monitor weekly procurement card activity and follow up on missing receipts.
• Review and correct invoice submissions and expense documentation from staff.
• Maintain vendor accounts, communicate with vendors, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Support accounts payable reconciliation and financial recordkeeping.
• Provide administrative support related to gas cards, fleet coordination, cell phone assignments, and equipment repairs as needed.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Two years Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounting or Fiscal Office experience required
• Working knowledge of Excel required
