Student Recruitment & Marketing Representation (Indonesia Market) – Remote

Are you passionate about education and driven by results? Join our team and help us grow in the Indonesian market! We're looking for a motivated individual to lead student recruitment and marketing efforts, someone who can build strong relationships, hit targets, and make a real impact.

• In charge of student recruitment for the Indonesian market
• Represent TMC Academy at both online and in-person events and seminars
• Turn warm and cold leads into enrollments — and consistently meet your goals
• Confidently drive strong sales, especially in the first 3 months
• Grow our network of agents and institutional partners
• Explore new collaboration opportunities with schools and education consultants
• Offer support to students, parents, and recruitment partners
• Track your progress and share insights to help us improve
• Work closely with our internal teams to keep marketing and recruitment aligned

• At least 2 years of experience in the Singapore education industry or international student recruitment
• A proven sales track record, especially strong performance in the first 3 months
• A solid network of agents, clients, or institutions in Indonesia
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Great understanding of the Indonesian student market and recruitment trends
• Able to work independently and manage tasks remotely
• Remote-based in Indonesia (preferably Jakarta, Batam, Bali, or Surabaya)
• Flexible hours to match recruitment events and student needs
