Job Description:

Sawah Cyber Security is looking for a motivated Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our client base and drive business development. Your primary focus will be on actively identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building strong relationships to support our cybersecurity services. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and cybersecurity, with a results-driven mindset.

In this role, you will be responsible for finding new customers both within Indonesia and internationally, working with businesses in various industries to promote our cybersecurity solutions. You don’t need to work on-site, but we prefer candidates based in Bali or Jakarta. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full Sales Pipeline from prospecting to closing deals
• Maintaining an accurate CRM system (daily)
• Building and maintaining long term relationships with clients and partners
• Collaborate with internal teams & third parties (Partners & Distributors)
• Representing the company at events and partnerships

Requirements:

• Should know how a CRM system works
• Strong self management & discipline
• Must be fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (speaking and writing).
• Familiarity with the IT or cybersecurity industry is a plus, but not required.
• Motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth.
