Responsibilities
- Mengawasi operasional outlet dan report ke Area Manager.
- Menangani keluhan dan problem solving.
- Memastikan kebersihan, kerapian, dan kualitas tetap terjaga.
- Membuat laporan harian (shift, stok, penjualan).
- Memastikan keberjalanan SOP sudah dijalankan oleh seluruh staff dengan baik.
- Training barista baru serta memberikan evaluasi performa.
- Melakukan kontrol stok (bahan baku, peralatan, perlengkapan outlet).
- Mengatur shifting.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim dalam mencapai target yang diharapkan/ditentukan.
