Kerja hanya 7 jam / hari
Pengalaman minimal 3 - 5 tahun sebagai dengan posisi leader di kitchen / setara
Terbiasa memimpin cook helper di dapur
Menguasai operasional sehari-hari, terutama menjaga kualitas produk
Bertanggung jawab atas kinerja seluruh tim outlet, memastikan semua bekerja sesuai dengan SOP
Bertanggung jawab terhadap report harian seperti report waste, produksi, efisiensi kerja, dll
Kemampuan cook & kitchen yang kompeten
Bisa bekerja dibawah tekanan, team work dan komunikatif
