Our product development follows Agile methodologies with weekly releases and collaboration tools such as Git Hub, Jira, and Slack. We are now looking for a QA & Testing Specialist to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our dashboard and all connected systems.

• Strong experience in QA/testing for platforms or dashboards (AdTech experience is a must).
• Ability to validate complex data flows, backend logic, and UI behavior.
• High attention to detail and ability to catch issues others miss visual, functional, or data-related.
• Experience writing test cases, scenarios, and bug reports with clarity and precision.
• Comfortable navigating databases or using basic SQL to validate backend data.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to describe issues clearly and concisely.
• Highly proactive, structured, and able to work independently in fast-paced product cycles.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort testing features with multi-step logic.

• Offer Wall systems, performance dashboards, or mobile user acquisition.
• Familiarity with Click House, Postgres, Mongo
  
  DB, or analytics tools.
• Knowledge of SDK-based flows, user segmentation, or experimentation platforms.
• Experience testing charting libraries, reporting systems, or real-time metric updates.
• Passion for gaming or understanding of gaming traffic behavior.

• Perform end-to-end testing of the Tyr Ads dashboard across all modules.
• Validate all new features, UI updates, and backend integrations before release, ensuring they function exactly as intended.
• Run structured test plans covering manual, exploratory, regression, and acceptance testing.
• Work closely with Product, Frontend, Backend, Data, SDK, and Tracking teams to reproduce issues, verify fixes, and maintain release readiness.
• Validate data accuracy across reports, charts, metrics, and real-time dashboards.
• Ensure cross-platform consistency across Browser/Desktop views and internal admin panels.
• Document all findings with clear steps, screenshots, recordings, and expected vs. actual results.
• Maintain QA documentation, test cases, test suites, and release checklists.
• Collaborate actively in sprint planning, helping define acceptance criteria and identifying test risks early.
