Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager with hands-on experience in ERP systems and a strong

background in managing complex product features. You’ll work closely with cross functional teams from engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to define, build, and improve products that deliver real business impact.

• Define product requirements and roadmap for ERP-related modules or features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high quality, scalable solutions.
• Lead project planning, timelines, and cross functional coordination to ensure on time and successful delivery.
• Analyze business workflows, identify process gaps, and translate them into actionable product improvements.
  
  Use data to measure product performance, guide decisions, and validate outcomes.
• Manage product backlogs, write clear user stories, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as grooming sessions, sprint planning, and product reviews.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, technical implementation, and operational execution across the product lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst, ideally in ERP or enterprise software systems.
• Proven experience handling complex feature development and managing end-to- end project execution.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in product testing, validation, and quality review processes.
• Familiarity with Agile software development frameworks and practices such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Clear and structured communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other product and project management platforms.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken) to collaborate with international teams.
• Eagerness to learn and improve.

• Familiarity with ERP domains such as Finance, Vehicle tracking system, Procurement, Inventory, or Supply Chain.
• Background in SaaS or cloud-based enterprise software.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
