We’re hiring a hands‑on Web Master to take full ownership of our global corporate website — managing everything from design and performance to security and publishing.

You’ll operate independently within our Word Press + Elementor Pro stack, ensuring the site stays fast, reliable, and visually consistent while supporting global marketing initiatives.

• Manage and build advanced layouts using Elementor Pro (containers, Theme Builder, global styles, responsive controls, reusable templates).
• Maintain a modular library for consistent, high‑quality page creation across regions.

• Manage cPanel hosting, perform regular backups, maintain staging environments, and deploy safely from staging to production.
• Configure Cloudflare for DNS, SSL/TLS, caching, and page rules.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, caching, minification, and image delivery for fast, reliable performance.

• Evaluate, update, and maintain plugins (Gravity Forms, SEO tools, backup utilities, analytics, and marketing integrations).
• Troubleshoot plugin conflicts and ensure stable plugin ecosystems.
• Configure form workflows, marketing webhooks, and analytics via GA4, GTM, and Search Console.

• Use PHP for minor theme or plugin adjustments where necessary.

• Maintain documentation (plugin inventory, update schedules, SEO standards, and rollout procedures).
• Support regional marketers in creating and publishing pages and campaigns.
• Contribute to inbound lead generation and content updates when capacity allows.=!li>

• Word Press + Elementor Pro Expert — deep experience with containers, Theme Builder, and responsive layout systems.
• Hosting & Cloudflare Mastery — experienced with cPanel, DNS, SSL, backups, and caching strategies.
• Plugin Management — confident in plugin lifecycle management, troubleshooting conflicts, and ensuring security compatibility.
• Front‑End Proficiency энергии> — strong CSS/JS skills for layout fixes and UI enhancements; working knowledge of PHP.
• Structured & Independent Workstyle — detail‑oriented, self‑managing, dependable, and comfortable working asynchronously with global teams każ.

• Graphic design ability (icons, diagrams, landing visuals, motion graphics).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and on‑page SEO optimization.
• Experience managing or improving Core Web Vitals

• Knowledge of basic security hardening practices (user permissions, firewall rules).
• Minimum 3–4 hours daily overlap with Melbourne (AEST) for coordination with the Marketing and Engineering teams.
• Occasional ad‑hoc overlap with London, Istanbul, and US regional teams as required for campaign support.
• Asynchronous communication is expected — clear written updates, checklists, and Loom walkthroughs are standard practice.

Word Press, Elementor Pro, cPanel, Cloudflare, Gravity Forms, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Yoast/Rank Math, image optimizers/CDN tools, uptime monitors, and Jira/Asana for task tracking.

• 3+ years managing production‑grade Word Press sites using Elementor Pro

• Demonstrated ability to debug HTML/CSS/JS/PHP issues independently.
• Strong portfolio of responsive Elementor builds with measurable performance results.
