Responsibilities
  • Support and assist Lead Recruitment in administering the whole activity of candidate sourcing, recruitment and selection function.
  • Prepare the periodic recruitment activity reports (progress and source tracking) and provide related information.
  • Prepare the administration related with newly joined and handle onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain network through external partners, post job openings in advertisements, professional organizations, and in other appropriate venues, to search.
  • Conducting and support event and activities with external partners.
  • Maintenance and find new sourcing of candidates.
  • Requirements for the role Knowledge
  • Qualified bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration or related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of full cycle recruitment process across a variety of roles including direct sourcing, knowledge of employment law, and relationship management.
  • Knowledge in using recruitment system (ATS) and HR System.
  • Experience
  • Minimum of five years experience managing end to end recruitment process across a variety of roles.
  • Create and maintain a talent pool of both internal and external candidates through job boards, headhunting, referral schemes and liaison with external agencies.
  • Technical skills
  • Proficiency in interview and negotiation skill.
  • Proficiency in recruitment system (ATS) and HR System.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Behavior
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic work environment and different approach.
