We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor for a new wellness club in Bali.

• Able to conduct supervision, including evaluating staff knowledge, technical skills, work quality, and behavior.

• Able to provide coaching, training, motivation, and continuous development, including taking disciplinary action for repeated staff mistakes.

• Able to empower staff by reviewing their performance and productivity.

• Communicative and diplomatic; able to maintain strong guest relations to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, and proactively coordinate with cross-department teams.

• Ensures a 5-minute check-in/check-out process and masters Front Office upselling and cross-selling techniques.

• Holds a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Tourism and has a minimum of 1 year experience as a Senior Front Office/Front Office Supervisor in a 5-star hotel, with a well-groomed and professional appearance.

• Communicative, fluent in English (other foreign languages are an advantage), and possesses strong leadership and analytical skills, accustomed to working with guest satisfaction targets (OTA, online reviews, loyalty programs).

• Proficient in using hotel systems (VHP) for guest data management, VIP tracking, special requests, billing, and reporting.

• Has a strong understanding of Front Office operations, including check-in/out processes, room blocking, up-selling techniques, and handling VIP guests.

• Able to analyze and resolve guest complaints according to standards, knowledgeable of 5-star hotel service protocols (VIP, VVIP, repeat guests), and capable of coordinating effectively with related departments.

• Basic salary (nett of tax)

• BPJSTK & BPJS Kesehatan

• THR

• Medical Reimbursement up to 85% of 1 month’s basic salary per year (eligible after 1 year of employment and permanent status/PKWTT)

• Free parking (1 motorcycle / 1 car)

• Annual leave, Replace Day Payment (for working on a holiday), and Extra Off for long shifts

• 1 meal per shift
