• Developing and delivering engaging training programs on a range of clinical topics, including medical procedures, patient care protocols, and the use of medical equipment.
• Conduct onboarding, refresher, and competency-based training for nursing staff.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, HR, and management to identify training needs.
• Prepare training materials, modules, assessments, and evaluation tools.
• Ensure training content aligns with current clinical guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Assess participants’ competencies and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Maintaining detailed records of training activities and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
• Stay updated on nursing best practices, healthcare regulations, and training methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical setting.
• Possess valid TOT Certificate, Basic K3, and active ACLS/BLS.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical training and education, with a strong track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
• Able to develop and deliver training materials (clinical & non-clinical).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse nursing team.
• Communicative, professional, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Proficient in the use of medical equipment, technologies, and digital learning tools.
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest clinical best practices and regulations.
