Assistant Manager Accounting & Finance

Position:
Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager

• Assist the Finance & Accounting Manager in managing and overseeing daily finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Monitor and control cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Supervise Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other related taxes.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and supervise Finance & Accounting team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and taxation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Good communication, leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset and logical thinking.
• Experience in managing multiple business units and preparing consolidated financial reports.

• Brevet A & B certification.
• Demonstrated maturity, strong leadership capability, and effective time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-responsibility environment.
