- Pendidikan:
Minimal D3 sederajat - Komunikasi, keperawatan, manajemen rumah sakit lebih disukai
- Pengalaman:
Fresh Graduate atau berpengalaman 1-2 tahun di customer service atau contact center, diutamakan di bidang Kesehatan - Kompetensi Teknis:
Menguasai CRM, Microsoft Office, dan sistem informasi rumah sakit - Bersedia Shifting
- Menerima setiap panggilan yang masuk dan memastikan kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan tentang layanan
- Memastikan kebutuhan pelanggan terpenuhi sesuai dengan prosedur layanan yang berlaku dengan tepat, cepat dan akurat
- Eskalasi ke unit terkait jika kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan belum terpenuhi
