We are recruiting on behalf of one of the Entertainment Provider in Indonesia and they are looking for Venue Manager. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end of venues operational including sales, marketing and guest experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the venue is properly maintained includes the equipment, etc.
• Manage to achieve the number of sales.
• Will work closely with the marketing team in order to attract the customer and involve in creating the marketing strategies and activities.
• Ensure the customer satisfaction and build a good relationship with them.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have min 3-5 years of experience in related industries such as hospitality, retail, or entertainment provider.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
• Have experience working with children and have knowledge of child development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt with child-friendly environment.
• Able to work with a team.
• Strong retail operations management skill
• Willingness to work flexible mall hours.
