Supervisor Music Assistant (FINNS Beach Club)
FINNS Beach Club is looking for a passionate and dynamic Supervisor Music Assistant. The Supervisor Music Assistant supports the music, audio, and visual operations across daily activities and special events. This role combines technical music production skills, live performance support, coordination with artists, and administrative responsibilities to ensure high-quality music and show execution.

Responsibilities- Operate and manage music production software, Ableton, Pro Tools, Logic.
- Prepare and manage stems, arrangements in DCP software.
- Handle mastering, rendering, and exporting of music files.
- Manage audio effects, presets, and sound banks.
- Support music and visual execution for daily operations and special events.
- Assist with show setup, rehearsals, and live event execution.
- Prepare performer‑specific stage setups, especially for live instruments.
- Conduct quality checks and performance evaluations to maintain show standards.
- Support administrative tasks related to music and show operations (shared responsibility).
- Route Audio.
- Follow standardized guidelines and training provided for diagram preparation.
- Strong understanding of Software and AV.
- Experience with Ableton, Logic (mandatory).
- Intermediate skills in Excel.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced live event environment.
- Background in music production, audio engineering, or live event support (preferable).
- Experience working with DJs, musicians, or performers and stage productions (preferable).
- Familiarity with live show operations and entertainment venues (preferable).
