Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Specialist based in Denpasar. The responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, addressing customer queries, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback, identifying areas for service improvement, and collaborating with teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction. The Customer Experience Specialist will be instrumental in maintaining high service standards and building strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications- Customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify actionable insights
- Proficiency in multitasking, time management, and organization
- Technical proficiency in using CRM tools and software
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus
- Experience in customer support roles is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
