Social Media Manager

Reload Sanctuary is a premium fitness and wellness destination that combines training, recovery, healthy food, and community. Our brand focuses on balance, performance, and mindful living, and our social media presence plays a key role in connecting with our audience and growing our community.

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands‑on Social Media Manager to manage and grow Reload Sanctuary’s digital presence. This role is responsible for content planning, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking across all social media platforms.

Develop and execute social media content strategy aligned with the Reload Sanctuary brand

Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Tik Tok, and other relevant platforms

Create, edit, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories)

Manage daily posting, captions, hashtags, and scheduling

Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions

Collaborate with trainers, chefs, and operations teams to capture authentic content

Monitor social media trends and adapt content accordingly

Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports (engagement, growth, reach)

Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual style

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and wellness/fitness content trends

Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, Cap Cut, or similar tools)

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Good communication and time‑management skills

Passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy lifestyle

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Based in Bali (preferred)
