The Role
You will oversee our content team (videographers, editors, designers), define creative direction, and ensure our marketing is supported by strong creative judgment — not trends or volume for volume’s sake.
Responsibilities- Own and protect Plural’s creative and visual direction
- Translate brand positioning into clear content concepts and systems
- Direct videographers and editors with strong briefs and references
- Approve, refine, or reject content before publication
- Ensure consistency across social, campaigns, launches, and brand assets
- Work closely with leadership to align creative with marketing objectives
- Balance brand integrity and performance-led marketing
- Set standards for tone, pacing, composition, and storytelling
- Proven experience in creative direction, brand, or content leadership
- Background in marketing or brand strategy (agency or in-house)
- Strong visual taste — design-led, editorial, culturally aware
- Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear creative direction
- Experience managing or directing creative teams
- Comfortable making final creative calls and giving direct feedback
- Strategic thinker who understands how creative supports growth
- Experience in lifestyle, wellness, design, or hospitality brands
- Understanding of premium / design-led positioning
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust creative direction
