Site Supervisor

About the role

As a Site Supervisor at PT Kesuma Bangun Persada, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all construction activities at our project sites in Denpasar, Bali. Reporting directly to the senior management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely completion of our construction projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations on the construction site, including monitoring progress, troubleshooting issues, and managing subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
• Collaborating with the design team, clients, and other stakeholders to address any challenges or design changes
• Managing and motivating the on-site construction team, including supervisors, engineers, and tradespeople
• Maintaining detailed records, reporting on project status, and communicating effectively with the company's management

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes, as well as experience in project planning and resource management
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools
• A bachelor s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
