cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializes in the SEO field, and was established in 2019. We use to stand in a new term as Software as a Service (SaaS) and located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. This company was initiated with an idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet.

cmlabs serve users in SEO Consultant, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and also have a product such as SERPs Trackers and SEO Tools. SEO Tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. cmlabs will expand to a bigger market to present SEO products and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves strategic communication with clients and stakeholders to foster relationships and drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and data
  • Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques and Market Research skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the content marketing or digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
