PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO PRESIDENT DIRECTOR
We are looking for a well organized and experienced Personal Assistant
Job Responsibilities- Managing schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements of President Director.
- Organize and prioritize incoming communications (phone calls, emails, letters) and respond on behalf of the President Director when appropriate.
- Manage the President Director emails, prepare and coordinate meeting an other events.
- Take detailed minutes and notes during meetings, and follow up on action items as needed.
- Draft professional and polished correspondence, including letters, emails, and memos.
- Maintain and update confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Establish and maintain a systematic filing system, both physical and electronic, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Serve as a liaison between the President Director and various departments, conveying information and requests.
- Support the President Director in preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and tracking financial documentation.
- Coordinate with legal and other relevant departments to obtain necessary approvals and signatures.
- Managing personal needs and Social Media of President Director.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Administration, economic and related field.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting executive.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional and polished correspondence.
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Professionalism, poise, and the ability to represent the President and the company in a positive manner.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus.
