Viskal is seeking a highly competent and detail oriented Senior Accounting professional to oversee financial reporting, ensure accuracy of accounting records, and support the overall financial operations of the company This role plays a key part in maintaining strong financial control, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting business decision making The successful candidate will possess strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical capability, and the ability to manage complex financial processes In this role, work will be done closely with the Finance and Accounting Supervisor or Manager, junior team outputs will be reviewed, and the integrity of financial reporting and compliance processes will be ensured

• Daily accounting operations are managed and overseen to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures
• Financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, and Cash Flow reports, are prepared and reviewed
• Journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy are reviewed
• Timely and accurate month end and year end closing processes are ensured
• Financial data is monitored and analyzed to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements
• Accounting systems, internal controls, and financial procedures are maintained and improved
• Supporting documents for internal and external audits are coordinated and prepared
• Budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow monitoring are supported
• Guidance and support are provided to junior accounting staff to ensure quality work and professional development
• Compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and relevant accounting standards is ensured
• Collaboration with cross functional teams is done to support operational and financial efficiency

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance is possessed, preferably in a consulting, professional services, or corporate environment
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger processes is held
• Experience in financial statement preparation and closing processes is owned
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail are demonstrated
• Experience using accounting software and financial systems is possessed
• Good communication skills with ability to coordinate across teams are owned
• Good English proficiency in written and spoken is preferred
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines is demonstrated
• This is a full-time, onsite position based at the Viskal Office in Denpasar, Bali.
