Viskal is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Junior to support our daily accounting and financial operations. This role will assist in ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with internal procedures, and smooth day-to-day finance processes under the guidance of the Finance & Accounting Supervisor/Manager. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and financial operations for efficiency
• Record financial transactions like journal entries and account balances
• Prepare financial reports like Balance Sheets under supervision
• Organize financial records and supporting documents systematically
• Monitor cash flow and track basic budgets regularly
• Prepare documents and data for audits or internal reviews
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accounting compliance
• Complete administrative and accounting tasks assigned by supervisors

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance
• Fresh graduates are welcome to join our team
• Possessing one to two years of experience is an advantage
• Understand basic accounting principles and financial reporting
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian taxation is a plus
• Brevet A/B certification is beneficial but not mandatory
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Show a willingness to learn and openness to feedback
• Follow instructions well and maintain good communication
• Basic English proficiency in writing and speaking is preferred
• Work effectively both independently and within a team
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment
• This full-time role operates onsite in Denpasar, Bali
