Purchasing & Accounting Staff (Pre-opening Restaurant)

• Issue sales invoices and maintain AR aging.
• Record customer payments and reconcile AR.
• Run monthly closing (P&L, BS, GL accuracy).
• Perform bank reconciliation and GL accounts reconciliation.
• Record revenue, accruals, deferrals, and reclassification journals.
• Prepare tax calculations and ensure compliance (VAT, WHT, corporate).
• Provide supporting data for HQ reporting and external audits.
• Maintain accurate item code, project code, and cost classification.
• Collaborate with Finance to verify and validate new vendor.
• Assist the Finance Manager and Assistant Manager in finance and accounting improvement projects.
• Ensure completeness of accounting documentation for internal and external audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are welcome for Staff level).
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently and in a team.
