Responsible for the daily cleaning and supplying environmental services to healthcare system areas. Assist staff as needed and take lead under the direction of the supervisor. Communicate effectively regarding productivity and safety barriers. Serve as an advocate for the front‑line EVS technicians.

• Reading and numerical competency.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Must be able to use housekeeping equipment such as vacuum cleaners, buffers, mops, and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Requires basic customer service skills.
• Follows Just Culture principles to ensure just assessment of individual acts.
• Creates a safety‑conscious work environment where employees feel free to raise safety concerns without intimidation, harassment, discrimination, or fear of retaliation.
• Demonstrates commitment to safety in decisions and behaviors.
