Responsibilities

Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility, has been providing quality health care to residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Our main campus is located in Denison, Texas, approximately one hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. We have facilities throughout the Texoma region and offer major specialty services, including open heart surgery and neurosurgery, with advanced resources such as certified trauma care to support our role as a regional specialty center.

Responsible for the daily cleaning and supplying environmental services to healthcare system areas. Assist staff as needed and take a lead under the direction of the supervisor. Communicates effectively regarding productivity and safety barriers. Serves as an advocate for front line EVS techs.

• Reading and numerical competency.
• Previous housekeeping experience a plus, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Must be able to use housekeeping equipment such as vacuum cleaners, buffers, mops, and carpet cleaning equipment. Requires basic customer service skills.
