Position:
Human Resources Director, North Texas Facility

Seeking an experienced Director with general acute care hospital experience of at least 50+ beds. Must have a BS degree, strong hospital HR management experience, benefits administration, salary negotiation, FTE management, budgeting, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to HR, developing HR practices, and strategic planning to support organizational growth. Knowledge of Title VII, Affirmative Action, ADA, FMLA is required.
