This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Director of Sales located in Denison, TX. The Director of Sales will oversee sales operations, develop strategic business opportunities, and lead outreach efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales team, securing new clientele, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with other departments to drive hotel growth and excellence.

The role also requires tracking performance metrics and providing leadership to achieve long‑term business goals.

• Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with experience identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities
• Strong skills in Sales Operations to ensure efficient processes and alignment with organizational goals
• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Effective Team Management skills to lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing sales team
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role is a plus
