Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Denham Springs, LA for a Leasing Professional. The Leasing Professional will handle responsibilities such as managing lease agreements, assisting potential and current residents, focusing on resident retention, and ensuring smooth lease administration. The role involves excellent customer service and communication to enhance the overall rental experience and benefit the community and business operations.

• Proven skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service to foster positive relationships with residents
• Proficiency in managing Leases and Lease Administration processes
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents and team members
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Prior experience in property management or leasing roles is preferred but not required
• Basic proficiency with property management software and office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in property management are a plus
