The role involves setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills, as well as performing repairs on rotating equipment. Candidates must possess 2-3 years of machining experience, have strong problem-solving skills, and be proficient in reading blueprints. A High School Diploma is required, with a Vocational degree preferred.
