We are seeking an experienced NDT Level 2 Technician to join our Inspection team in Denham. This is a key role within a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment, responsible for ensuring product integrity through non-destructive testing in line with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career within a British aerospace engineering organisation directly supporting aircrew safety.
You will carry out a range of NDT inspection activities to verify components, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, company procedures, and industry regulations. The role requires strong technical capability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform non-destructive testing in line with company quality procedures and technical specifications
- Assemble test items in accordance with drawings and procedures to ensure accurate NDT results
- Maintain and monitor radiographic shielding levels and/or carry out DPI/MPI chemical testing
- Interpret component drawings, test procedures, and ADRs accurately
- Generate and maintain NDT inspection and test documentation
- Maintain Level 2 NDT certification (PCN or NAS 410)
- Use SAP to record work in progress, track components, and update locations accurately
- Complete work within allocated run times to support on-time delivery
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- NDT Level 2 Certification with current maintenance (PCN or NAS 410)
- Background in production manufacturing
, ideally aerospace - Strong understanding of H&S procedures and quality systems
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and inspection procedures
- Basic PC skills and experience using SAP or similar systems
- Detail-driven, safety-focused, and quality-minded professionals

- Technicians who can work to deadlines in a regulated environment
