- Arwain timau Cyllid, Llywodraethu a Systemau Gwybodaeth, gan feithrin perfformiad uchel a datblygiad
- Sicrhau penderfyniadau sy’n cael eu llywio gan ddata ac ymarferion craidd effeithlon
- Chwarae rhan allweddol wrth feithrin diwylliant o dryloywder, cydweithio ac uchafu llais tenantiaid.
