Een expertisecentrum voor revalidatiezorg in Den Haag zoekt een maatschappelijk werker om ondersteuning te bieden aan volwassenen in revalidatie. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team waar samenwerking cruciaal is. Wij vragen een hbo-diploma Maatschappelijk Werk/Social Work en affiniteit met revalidatiezorg. Ervaring met begeleiding en behandelwerk is een plus. Naast een jaarcontract bieden we goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden en een salaris tussen € 3.826,- en € 5.395,- op basis van 36 uur.
