Een organisatie voor maatschappelijke opvang in Den Haag zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider Housing First. Je stelt mensen in staat om dakloosheid te beëindigen door intensieve ondersteuning te bieden. Het is belangrijk dat je een afgeronde hbo-opleiding hebt in Social Work en dat je kunt werken met een diverse groep mensen. Het salaris gaat van €3.461 tot €5.157 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en werktijden.
Je krijgt kans op een vast contract na 12 maanden en er zijn mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling.
