De focus ligt op het ontwikkelen van gebruiksvriendelijke documentatie voor TOPdesk, een servicemanagement systeem. Je werkt nauw samen met procesmanagers en functioneel beheerders voor de inhoudelijke input. Ervaring met TOPdesk en kennismanagement is vereist. Hybride werken is mogelijk. Deze rol biedt de kans om bij te dragen aan de professionalisering van kennismanagement binnen de organisatie.
