Een kennis- en samenwerkingspartner in Utrecht biedt een uitdagende stage als ICT-Servicedesk Medewerker. Je ondersteunt interne medewerkers en externe gebruikers bij IT-vragen en problemen. Vereisten zijn een relevante MBO opleiding in ICT-beheer en kennis van ITIL-processen. Je ontvangt een stagevergoeding van €500 per maand en krijgt de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen in een professionele omgeving.
