De rol vereist minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in complexe IT-projecten binnen de (semi) overheid. Belangrijk zijn vaardigheden in aanbesteding, leveranciersmanagement, en governance. De functie biedt een contract van 32-38 uur per week, met een gewenste startdatum in januari 2026. Opleiding en competenties in verandering en stakeholdermanagement zijn cruciaal.
