De rol omvat het opleveren van communicatie- en veranderstrategieën, en het houden van regie op realisatie van middelen. Vereist zijn minimaal 10 jaar ervaring als communicatieprofessional en 5 jaar binnen een Overheidsorganisatie. Competenties zoals resultaatgerichtheid en overtuigingskracht zijn essentieel.
